Dr. Eugene Lipov, M.D. is a board-certified Anesthesiologist and Pain Medicine Specialist internationally recognized for pioneering the use of the Stellate Ganglion Block (SGB) in treating Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD) and other trauma-related conditions. A graduate of Northwestern University’s Feinberg School of Medicine, Dr. Lipov has dedicated his medical career to understanding the neurological and biological roots of trauma. Motivated by his own family’s struggles with PTSD and depression, he has made it his mission to relieve suffering, restore hope, and advance innovative approaches to trauma recovery and mental health care.

Throughout his distinguished career, Dr. Lipov has served as Chief Medical Officer at Stella Center, Medical Director of Advanced Pain Centers, and Senior Medical Advisor for Erase PTSD Now, a nonprofit organization committed to eradicating PTSD.
