Erin Sanders, MSN, APRN, AGPCNP-C (she/her), is a forward-thinking clinical leader and Adult-Gerontology Primary Care Nurse Practitioner with extensive experience in geriatric medicine, complex chronic disease management, and value-based care. Based in Columbus, Ohio, Erin earned her Master of Science in Nursing from Rush University, graduating cum laude, and brings a strong academic foundation paired with real-world clinical expertise.
