Erika Worsham, RN, is a dedicated and compassionate nursing professional with several years of experience serving patients at Enloe Medical Center. During her tenure, she built a strong reputation for clinical excellence, reliability, and a patient-centered approach to care. Erika’s commitment to ongoing growth and service has allowed her to provide consistent, high-quality support across a variety of clinical settings.
Currently, Erika continues her work in the community as a part-time nurse with Advanced Home Health Services. Her areas of expertise include home health care, surgery, rehabilitation, and acute care—skills that allow her to confidently manage diverse patient needs and deliver care that promotes safety, healing, and independence at home. She is a licensed Registered Nurse and an active member of both the California Nursing Students’ Association (CNSA) and the National Student Nurses’ Association (NSNA), reflecting her long-standing commitment to professional engagement and development.
Erika completed her nursing education at the College of the Redwoods, where she developed the foundational knowledge and clinical training that continue to guide her practice. Known for her compassion, adaptability, and dedication to patient well-being, she brings a strong sense of purpose to every role she serves. Whether in a hospital setting or supporting patients through home health, Erika remains devoted to making a positive, meaningful impact on the lives of those in her care.
