Erika N. Lee, BSN, RN, is a dedicated registered nurse specializing in reproductive endocrinology and fertility care at Aspire Fertility Dallas. Based in Wichita Falls, Texas, Erika has built a career centered on supporting individuals and couples through their family-building journeys. With a strong foundation in women’s health, she is passionate about delivering high-quality, compassionate care while guiding patients through the emotional and clinical complexities of fertility treatment. Her approach emphasizes patient comfort, education, and collaboration with multidisciplinary teams to achieve the best possible outcomes.
Erika’s nursing career began in 2009, and over the years, she has gained diverse experience across clinical settings, including roles with government healthcare services and fertility centers such as Texas Fertility Center. Although she once considered high-intensity specialties like emergency or flight nursing, her perspective shifted during her OB rotation, where she discovered a deep passion for women’s health and fertility care. Since joining Aspire Fertility, she has played an integral role in helping patients navigate treatments, building meaningful, long-term relationships as many return to continue expanding their families.
Committed to professional growth, Erika earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from University of Texas at Arlington and is actively pursuing advanced certification in reproductive endocrinology nursing, with plans to sit for the exam in 2026. She is also an engaged member of the American Society for Reproductive Medicine, staying connected to the latest advancements in her field. Driven by a genuine passion for helping others and a lifelong commitment to nursing, Erika continues to make a meaningful impact by empowering patients and supporting them through one of the most important journeys of their lives.

What do you enjoy most about practicing medicine?
What I love most about fertility nursing is the relationships you build with people and having them come back. I don't feel like there's a lot of nursing specialties that are full circle, right? Where patients continue to come back with new goals that are exciting to help build their family. So just the full circle from beginning and continuing to grow, it's the most rewarding. The mission behind fertility and empowering couples to build their families is my biggest driving factor because I know it's something that impacts a lot of couples in their life.
