Erica Williams, MPH, BCBA, is a dedicated clinical supervisor and Board Certified Behavior Analyst with over three and a half years of experience in behavioral health leadership. She currently oversees a team of fifty employees at Star Future while remaining actively involved in client care. Her responsibilities include conducting initial assessments, supervising individualized learning programs, monitoring client progress, and ensuring meticulous documentation for insurance and compliance purposes. Erica’s work spans clients from early childhood through high school, reflecting her deep understanding of developmental and behavioral needs across a broad spectrum.
Erica’s academic path demonstrates a commitment to both population health and individualized care. She earned her bachelor’s degree in public health from South University, followed by a master’s degree in public health with a focus on global health from Southern New Hampshire University. She further enhanced her expertise with a graduate certificate in Applied Behavior Analysis from the University of Massachusetts Global. In addition to these credentials, Erica holds CPR and first aid certifications and maintains active membership in the American Association of Public Health, ensuring her leadership is grounded in both clinical knowledge and best practices.
Her journey into behavioral health was inspired by both professional curiosity and personal experience, including her mother’s career as a traveling registered nurse and her son’s autism diagnosis. These experiences reinforced her belief in patience, empathy, and understanding behavior as communication. Erica’s early work as a Registered Behavior Technician provided her with hands-on experience that informs her supervisory approach today. Known for her dedication to mentorship, structure, and consistency, she is passionate about helping her team reach their full potential. Looking forward, Erica aims to expand access to behavioral health services within school districts, particularly for underserved children and families, continuing her mission to make a meaningful impact in the field.
