Emily Hullinger, BSN, RN, is a dedicated nursing professional with extensive experience in leadership and administration within home health, hospice, and palliative care. Currently serving as the Director of Nursing at Quality Home Health, Hospice, and Palliative Care, Emily oversees clinical operations and ensures the delivery of compassionate, patient-centered care. She is committed to fostering a supportive environment for both patients and staff, prioritizing comfort, dignity, and quality of life in every aspect of care.

Emily’s career in nursing leadership includes roles as Assistant Director of Nursing at Quality Home Health & Hospice and Director of Clinical Services at Solstice Home Health & Hospice and Solstice Medical Group. She has a strong background in patient advocacy, safety, and clinical program management, which she leverages to improve outcomes for patients and their families. Her hands-on experience as a hospice nurse provides her with a unique perspective on the needs of patients and caregivers, allowing her to lead with empathy and insight.

A graduate of Ameritech College of Healthcare with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing, Emily combines her clinical expertise with leadership skills to guide teams in delivering exceptional care. She values collaboration, integrity, and compassion, both professionally and personally, and is passionate about supporting her team while making a meaningful difference in the lives of patients and families.
