Ellen Spicuzza, APRN, ONS, is an accomplished Advanced Practice Registered Nurse specializing in sport and soft tissue injuries. With over 27 years of experience in the medical field, she has dedicated her career to helping patients recover from acute and chronic injuries, addressing body imbalances, and enhancing overall physical function. Ellen applies a wide range of evidence-based techniques, including Deep Friction Massage (DFM), to improve tissue regeneration, expedite post-operative healing, and deliver measurable outcomes for her patients.
In addition to her clinical practice, Ellen is the founder of Mind/Body Connection LLC and SoleImpact INC., where she teaches innovative treatment protocols and designs patented shock-absorbing footwear. Through these ventures, she bridges the gap between physical therapy and surgery, providing practical solutions that prevent injuries and promote rehabilitation.
