Efe Osemeha PT, DPT

Dr. Efe Paula Osemeha, PT, DPT is a Doctor of Physical Therapy and the Director of Pelvic Health at Garden State Physical Therapy Group in Northern New Jersey. She specializes in pelvic floor rehabilitation for patients of all genders and brings a strong foundation in general orthopedics to her clinical practice. Dr. Osemeha earned her Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology and her Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from Temple University, where her academic training and early clinical exposure solidified her commitment to promoting whole-body health and wellness.

In her current leadership role, Dr. Osemeha develops and directs a comprehensive pelvic health program integrated within a multidisciplinary outpatient care model, collaborating closely with OB-GYNs, urologists, and internal medicine physicians. She has successfully expanded pelvic health services through strategic physician partnerships, community outreach, and education initiatives while also organizing and hosting national continuing education courses through the Herman & Wallace Pelvic Rehabilitation Institute. Her clinical approach combines advanced manual pelvic floor techniques with orthopedic principles and therapeutic exercise to create individualized, evidence-based treatment plans that restore function and improve quality of life.

Beyond her clinical and leadership responsibilities, Dr. Osemeha is deeply committed to mentorship, advocacy, and community service. She has held leadership roles within professional and student organizations, volunteers regularly, and actively works to reduce stigma surrounding pelvic health through education and outreach. Known for her patient-centered philosophy and one-on-one treatment style, Dr. Osemeha remains dedicated to empowering patients, advancing pelvic health care, and fostering meaningful connections within the health and wellness community.
