Donna Collins, LPN
Donna is a licensed practical nurse with more than a decade of experience delivering compassionate, patient-centered care across diverse healthcare settings. She began her nursing career in 2012 after graduating from Elizabethton Vocational School in Tennessee and immediately entered the field, building a strong foundation through years of work in home health and with special needs populations. These early roles shaped her resilience, adaptability, and deep empathy for patients and families facing complex challenges.
Currently, Donna practices in an allergy, asthma, and immunology clinic in the metro Atlanta area, where she is part of a collaborative group practice focused on long-term wellness and preventative care. After years of extensive travel in home health, she transitioned into specialty care to better align with her physical well-being and professional interests. Her work today reflects both her clinical expertise and her belief in thoughtful, consistent care that supports patients’ quality of life.
Donna attributes her success to a genuine love for nursing, a positive and grounded outlook, and a commitment to lifelong learning. Outside of healthcare, she is a studio owner, aerial arts instructor, and kickboxing coach, teaching disciplines such as aerial silks, lyra hoop, and burlesque. A strong advocate for physical fitness and balance, Donna brings the same energy, discipline, and compassion to her personal pursuits as she does to her nursing practice, continuously striving to grow while making a meaningful difference in the lives of others.
