Devon Kelly, RN, BSN, is an experienced registered nurse with nearly 19 years of clinical practice spanning emergency, ambulatory, and procedural care. Currently, she serves as Nursing Manager at the Court Endoscopy Center of Frederick, Inc., providing clinical leadership, operational oversight, and staff education in a high-volume outpatient setting. Devon’s career demonstrates a commitment to safe, efficient patient care, regulatory compliance, and quality improvement initiatives.
Throughout her career, Devon has worked in diverse clinical environments, including nearly 15 years in emergency room nursing across multiple U.S. hospitals and two years internationally at King Faisal Specialist Hospital and Research Center in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. These experiences strengthened her skills in patient assessment, multidisciplinary collaboration, and culturally sensitive care, equipping her to provide exceptional care to patients from a wide range of backgrounds.
Devon is passionate about flexible, patient-centered nursing that balances hands-on clinical care with leadership responsibilities. She is committed to mentoring colleagues, streamlining care coordination, and supporting high-quality outcomes. Outside of work, she dedicates her time to raising her three children and pursuing her love of travel, having explored 67 countries. Her international experiences and cultural awareness have enriched both her professional practice and personal perspective.

What do you enjoy most about practicing medicine?
I like the flexibility nursing offers, being able to travel and change up when life changes. I've been able to work in so many different settings, from the ER for 15 years to now doing endoscopy, which is totally different and a lot better for family life. My experience traveling to 67 countries and working internationally, including two years in Saudi Arabia, has really helped me as a nurse because I'm able to meet and understand people from different cultures. I think that cultural awareness makes me a better nurse when caring for diverse patient populations.
