Delorien Berry, CNA

Delorien is a dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant with over 11 years of experience providing compassionate care to adults in both facility and home care settings. She currently works at Magnolia Ridge Nursing Home, where she supports residents with their daily needs and ensures their comfort and wellbeing. Known for her teamwork, reliability, and willingness to help wherever needed, Delorien approaches every patient interaction with empathy and a commitment to improving quality of life.

Her path into healthcare was inspired by her father, who cared for a paralyzed family member, instilling in her a deep appreciation for the importance of compassionate care. Delorien values mentorship and learning on the job, gaining skills and confidence from colleagues who have guided her throughout her career. She completed her CNA training in 2014 at South Haven and has continually built on her knowledge and expertise through hands-on experience.

Outside of work, Delorien is actively involved in her community and enjoys giving back in meaningful ways. She volunteers at her children’s school events, supporting sports games and helping with concession stands, demonstrating her commitment to fostering community and connection. She also treasures time with her family, balancing her professional dedication with personal fulfillment and a strong sense of purpose.
