Dean Volk is a seasoned physical therapist and sciatica relief expert with over 30 years of clinical experience. He is the founder and owner of Sciatica Relief Now, LLC, where he provides virtual care to patients worldwide, helping them reclaim their mobility and quality of life. Dean’s approach, the 180° Sciatica Solution, focuses on balancing the body by addressing the non-painful side, offering a counterintuitive yet highly effective path to lasting relief from sciatica without surgery or medications.

Prior to founding Sciatica Relief Now, Dean owned and operated Volk Physical Therapy, managing multiple clinics in the Charlotte area, and later offered home-concierge physical therapy in Charleston. His extensive career also includes leadership roles as Clinical Director at HealthSouth and Physicians PT, where he developed expertise in orthopedics, rehabilitation, and patient-centered care. Over his career, Dean has helped thousands of patients overcome chronic sciatica and low back pain, restoring their independence and ability to engage fully in life.

Dean earned his Master’s degree in Physical Therapy from Northern Arizona University and holds a Bachelor of Arts in Biblical and Theological Studies from Wheaton College. He is a recognized educator and author, frequently conducting online workshops and writing resources to empower patients with knowledge and practical strategies for managing pain. Driven by a passion to help people regain function and freedom, Dean continues to innovate in virtual care and patient-centered sciatica treatment.
