Daymi is a dedicated healthcare professional whose career reflects a deep commitment to patient care, behavioral health, and leadership excellence. She began her medical journey in Cuba, where she earned her Medical Degree from Villa Clara Science University. After relocating to the United States, she continued advancing her education by completing her Registered Nurse Degree at Ana G. Mendez University in Florida, followed by a Master’s Degree in Nursing from South University in Georgia. Her diverse academic background provides her with a unique clinical perspective and a strong foundation in both medical practice and advanced nursing.

In addition to her graduate training, Daymi is a board-certified Certified Behavioral Health Case Manager Supervisor, allowing her to bridge clinical expertise with behavioral health management. She has built her career around supporting individuals with complex needs, ensuring they receive coordinated, compassionate, and effective care. Her work reflects a holistic understanding of health—one that integrates medical knowledge with behavioral support and patient advocacy.

Today, Daymi serves as the Chief Executive Officer of Esperanza Group LLC, where she oversees daily operations and leads a team of Certified Behavioral Health Case Managers. In this role, she is responsible for guiding organizational strategy, ensuring high-quality service delivery, and cultivating a supportive environment for both clients and staff. Through her leadership, she continues to advance Esperanza Group’s mission of promoting hope, stability, and improved well-being for the communities they serve.
