Plymouth Meeting, PA 19462

Danielle Frederici is a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse with over 17 years of experience delivering compassionate, high-quality care across a range of healthcare settings. Based in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, she began her nursing career in 2009 after earning her diploma from PITC Institute. Throughout her career, Danielle has built a strong clinical foundation in long-term care, assisted living, and specialized units, including extensive hands-on experience caring for ventilator-dependent and tracheostomy patients. Her commitment to excellence is further reflected in her IV therapy certification and her role as a BLS Instructor with the American Heart Association, where she helps train and empower fellow healthcare professionals.

In addition to her clinical expertise, Danielle has consistently demonstrated strong leadership and operational management skills. She spent over 15 years as a Nursing Manager at Crestview Center, overseeing nursing operations within a large skilled rehabilitation facility, and later served as a Unit Manager at Brookside Healthcare, where she directed both clinical and administrative functions for a 60-bed unit. Currently, Danielle works as a travel and agency nurse, bringing her adaptability, leadership, and patient-centered approach to diverse care environments while continuing to provide direct care for complex patients, including those requiring ventilator support.

Beyond her professional roles, Danielle is deeply committed to serving her community and advocating for underserved populations. She has volunteered her time working with individuals experiencing homelessness through Philadelphia’s Cold Blue program and is actively planning self-funded mission work to expand her impact. Looking ahead, Danielle aspires to advance her education by earning her Registered Nurse (RN) degree while exploring entrepreneurial opportunities within healthcare. Driven by compassion and a genuine desire to make a difference, she remains devoted to going above and beyond for every patient she serves, both inside and outside of traditional clinical settings.

Q

What do you enjoy most about practicing medicine?

I have a natural desire and compassion to care for people. I genuinely care about my patients and go above and beyond for them. It's hard to find that sometimes because some people are only in it for the money, but I naturally have a compassion to actually help people. Even outside of nursing, I've worked with the homeless through programs like the Cold Blue for the city of Philadelphia, and I'm planning mission work that I'll actually pay for myself. I still want to be able to do my passion through different avenues like volunteer work and mission work, providing wound care to homeless individuals, because nursing truly is my calling and passion.
