Daniela Bonvicini, AGACNP-BC, CCRN, is an experienced advanced practice nurse specializing in critical care and oncology at Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center. With over 17 years of experience in high-acuity hospital settings, she is dedicated to providing exceptional care to patients navigating complex medical conditions, particularly those facing cancer diagnoses. Daniela’s approach combines clinical expertise with compassionate patient advocacy, ensuring that each individual receives comprehensive and personalized care throughout their treatment journey.
Before joining Memorial Sloan Kettering, Daniela served as a Critical Care Registered Nurse at NY Presbyterian Hospital for more than a decade, honing her skills in intensive care and acute patient management. Her extensive clinical experience has equipped her with a deep understanding of critical care protocols, patient safety, and evidence-based practices, which she continues to apply in her role as an advanced practice provider.
Daniela earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Rutgers University–Newark and holds dual certifications as a CCRN and AGACNP-BC. She also holds a Bachelor of Architecture from Pratt Institute, reflecting a unique blend of creativity and analytical thinking that informs her approach to problem-solving in healthcare. Outside of her professional life, Daniela enjoys caring for her plants and pets, activities that provide balance and renewal amidst the demands of her critical care practice.

What I enjoy most about practicing medicine is guiding my patients through their cancer journey and supporting them every step of the way. Being able to help them navigate complex treatments, provide reassurance during challenging moments, and celebrate milestones of progress brings me a deep sense of fulfillment. Witnessing their resilience and knowing that my expertise and care contribute to improving their outcomes is both inspiring and profoundly rewarding, reaffirming my commitment to the practice of medicine.
