Crystl Murray-Mills, LICSW, is a dedicated therapist and consultant with over two decades of experience in the mental health field. Currently serving as Clinical Supervisor at The NATIVE Project, she also maintains a private practice, where she provides guidance and support to individuals, couples, and families. Her professional journey spans multiple roles, including child welfare specialist, therapist, and title specialist, demonstrating her breadth of expertise across clinical and community settings. Crystl holds a Master’s Degree in Social Work from Eastern Washington University and a Bachelor of Science in Journalism from the University of Idaho.

Crystl specializes in women's mental health, maternal mental health, adoption-related issues, trauma, and adolescent mental health. She is an accredited therapist with the University of Queensland’s Positive Parenting Program and the University of Washington’s Promoting First Relationships program, and she is also certified in EMDR therapy. Known for her compassionate and strength-based approach, Crystl prioritizes creating a safe, open environment where clients feel heard, validated, and empowered to navigate life’s challenges.
