Constance Laderoot, BSN, RN, BBA, is a seasoned healthcare leader and the Director of Patient Services at Detroit Medical Center in Novi, Michigan. With over a decade of experience in nursing and healthcare management, she has developed a strong record of enhancing patient care and leading healthcare teams. At DMC, Constance spearheaded the new patient experience program, increasing patient satisfaction scores from 2.0 to 3.1 within a year, demonstrating her commitment to improving patient outcomes and organizational excellence.
Constance’s journey into nursing began unexpectedly during her college years, when she discovered a deep passion for caring for others.
