Cindy Joanne Mazur, MBA, Six Sigma Certified, is an accomplished clinical scientist with over 15 years of experience in clinical research and operations. She has contributed to the advancement of patient care through pioneering work in oncology, rare diseases, CNS disorders, and dermatology. Currently, she serves as Associate Director of Clinical Sciences, focusing on study startup, Phase 1 trials, and operational efficiencies in drug development. Her career has spanned top biotechnology and pharmaceutical organizations, as well as early-stage startups, allowing her to combine scientific insight with strategic leadership.
Mazur’s expertise lies in implementing novel therapeutic technologies, including bispecific antibodies, cell and gene therapy, and CRISPR-based innovations. She has been instrumental in establishing trial master files, developing Phase 1 clinical units, and ensuring compliance across complex research protocols.
