Christian Carcione, DMD
Dr. Christian Carcione is a general dentist and the proud successor of Carcione Dental, PC, previously known as Ramsey Dental Group. Growing up in the Ramsey community, he was immersed in the family practice and learned the values of integrity, empathy, and excellence in patient care from his parents, Drs. Frank and Christine Carcione. This early exposure inspired his dedication to dentistry and his lifelong commitment to serving the local community. Dr. Carcione earned his Bachelor of Arts from Swarthmore College in 2014, followed by a Master of Science from Rutgers University in 2015. He received his Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) degree from Tufts University School of Dental Medicine in 2020 and completed a rigorous General Practice Residency at Rutgers University Hospital in 2021. This extensive training equipped him with advanced skills in all aspects of general dentistry, from preventive care to restorative procedures. Committed to lifelong learning, Dr. Carcione actively pursues continuing education to stay current with the latest dental techniques and technologies. He has integrated modern dental technology into the practice while maintaining a strong focus on patient comfort, safety, and high-quality outcomes. His approach ensures that every patient receives care tailored to their individual needs. Building on the foundation established by his parents over more than 30 years, Dr. Carcione emphasizes personalized care and long-term relationships with patients. What do you enjoy most about practicing medicine?
What I enjoy most about practicing dentistry is the opportunity to truly help people. I value the relationships I build with my patients—taking the time to talk with them, understand their concerns, and get to know them as individuals. I also love the problem-solving aspect of dentistry and the blend of science, precision, and technical skill required to create excellent results. Continuing education is important to me because it allows me to keep growing and bring the best, most up-to-date care to my patients. Above all, nothing is more rewarding than seeing someone leave with a healthier smile and a renewed sense of confidence.
