Chris Schlottman is a board-certified Orthopedic Clinical Specialist and highly experienced physical therapist with more than 25 years of clinical practice dedicated to improving patient mobility, function, and overall quality of life. He currently serves as a Clinical Rehab Specialist at Lehigh Valley Health Network, part of Jefferson Health and Thomas Jefferson University, where he provides comprehensive rehabilitation services to orthopedic and pediatric patients ages 10 and older. Known for his patient-centered approach, Chris combines evidence-based treatment with personalized care to support recovery, pain reduction, and long-term wellness.

Chris began his professional journey after earning his Master of Science in Physical Therapy from the University of Connecticut. Over the course of his career, he has gained diverse clinical experience across multiple healthcare settings, including private orthopedic practices, multidisciplinary clinics, and national healthcare organizations. Prior to joining Lehigh Valley Health Network in 2023, he spent nearly a decade with Premise Health, in addition to practicing in North Carolina and throughout the Lehigh Valley region, building a strong reputation for clinical excellence and collaborative care.

As a board-certified orthopedic clinical specialist, Chris holds an advanced certification that reflects his expertise in musculoskeletal rehabilitation and complex orthopedic conditions. In his role as Clinical Rehab Specialist, he serves as a clinical champion within his organization, supporting onboarding initiatives for new clinicians while delivering staff education and professional in-services. His leadership contributes to maintaining high standards of care and fostering continuous professional development among rehabilitation teams.

In addition to his primary clinical responsibilities, Chris also works with East Penn Medical, an on-site multidisciplinary clinic focused on workers’ compensation cases. There, he evaluates and treats injured workers, helping patients safely return to function and employment. His ability to work across orthopedic, occupational, and pediatric populations demonstrates both versatility and depth of clinical knowledge developed through decades of hands-on practice.

Committed to lifelong learning and healthcare leadership, Chris is currently pursuing a Doctor of Health Administration degree at Grand Canyon University. His academic excellence earned him selection into the Alpha Chi National College Honor Society, recognizing his outstanding GPA and scholarly achievement. Through continued education, clinical mentorship, and compassionate patient care, Chris remains dedicated to advancing rehabilitation practice and improving health outcomes within the communities he serves.
