Chloe Priester, RN, BSN
Chloe, BSN, RN, is a highly skilled and dedicated registered nurse with more than a decade of experience in patient care, having begun her healthcare journey in 2010 as a certified nursing assistant. Demonstrating perseverance and a strong commitment to growth, she advanced through each level of nursing—earning her LPN in 2014, her Associate Degree in Nursing in 2016, and ultimately her Bachelor of Science in Nursing in 2022 through Western Governors University. Her educational path reflects both determination and a passion for lifelong learning, which continue to shape her approach to patient care today.
Currently, Chloe practices at Memorial Hermann Hospital in downtown Houston, a Level 1 trauma center, where she specializes in both the shock trauma ICU and MRI. Her clinical expertise is supported by advanced certifications, including TNCC, ATLS, BLS, and ACLS. In addition to her bedside role, she serves as an instructor for ultrasound-guided IV insertion within the trauma service line, helping to train and mentor fellow clinicians in critical, high-skill procedures. She is also actively involved in professional development initiatives, including participation in the Magnet Committee and prior leadership as a chair at Northwestern, where she attended the Nurse 14 conferences twice.
Chloe’s passion for nursing was sparked at a young age following a personal experience as a patient, where a compassionate nurse left a lasting impression on her during a difficult moment. That early inspiration has remained central to her practice, driving her commitment to providing empathetic, high-quality care to patients and their families. Known for her resilience, clinical excellence, and dedication to mentorship, Chloe continues to make a meaningful impact in high-acuity healthcare settings while inspiring others along the way.
