Chiara Johnson is a licensed professional counselor and owner of Lighthouse Counseling and Wellness in Mobile, Alabama, where she has dedicated the past four years to providing compassionate, evidence-based mental health care. Serving clients aged 12 and up, she blends therapeutic approaches including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and psychodynamic methods, with a focus on life transitions, trauma-informed care, and Christian counseling.

Johnson’s professional foundation includes a Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from the University of South Alabama and ongoing doctoral studies in Community Care and Counseling-Pastoral Counseling at Liberty University. She is nationally certified (NCC) and licensed in Alabama and actively participates in the Alabama Counseling Association Chapter 8, contributing to community mental health initiatives, public speaking engagements, and educational events.
