Dr. Charmen Douglas is a visionary entrepreneur, dentist, and industry leader with over 25 years of clinical and business experience. As the CEO and Founder of Beautiful Smile LLC, Genesis Care LLC, and Organic Array, she has built a reputation for innovation in both healthcare and business development. Based in Gibbsboro, New Jersey, Dr. Douglas specializes in neuromuscular dentistry, a highly specialized field focused on pain management practiced by a small percentage of dentists nationwide. Her groundbreaking work has earned her widespread recognition, including being named a Top Dentist in South Jersey Magazine and SJ Magazine, as well as receiving honors from NJ Biz and Forbes Enterprise for innovation, company growth, and community engagement.
