Chaitanya Vasireddy, PT, DPT, GCS, CEEAA, FCE
Chaitanya Vasireddy, PT, DPT, GCS, CEEAA, FCE is a doctorally trained physical therapist with more than two decades of experience delivering high-quality, patient-centered care across outpatient, neurologic, and geriatric rehabilitation settings. He currently practices at the Rehabilitation Hospital of Indiana (RHI) in Indianapolis, where he is part of an interdisciplinary neurorehabilitation team dedicated to improving functional outcomes and quality of life for individuals with complex conditions. Dr. Vasireddy is especially known for his ability to build strong therapeutic relationships with patients, physicians, and care teams to ensure comprehensive and coordinated care.
Dr. Vasireddy holds a Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from the University of Montana, a Master of Health Science in Physical Therapy from the University of Indianapolis, and a bachelor’s degree from Mangalore University in India. He is a Board-Certified Geriatric Clinical Specialist (GCS) through the American Physical Therapy Association and holds additional credentials in functional capacity evaluation (FCE) and advanced clinical assessment. His clinical expertise includes geriatric physical therapy, neurologic rehabilitation, outpatient care, and complex rehabilitation management, with a strong emphasis on evidence-based practice and functional independence.
In addition to his clinical work, Dr. Vasireddy has held leadership roles, including Director of Rehabilitation at Rehab Without Walls® NeuroSolutions, where he supported program development, interdisciplinary collaboration, and clinical excellence. He attributes his professional success to persistence, resilience, and hard work, values that continue to guide his approach to patient care and lifelong learning. What I enjoy most about my work as a physical therapist is the opportunity to provide high-quality, patient-centered care while building meaningful relationships with patients, physicians, and interdisciplinary team members. I find fulfillment in helping individuals improve their function, independence, and overall quality of life, particularly in outpatient and neurologic rehabilitation settings.
