Cecile Kasengela is a highly skilled Registered Nurse with extensive clinical and leadership experience. She holds an Associate Degree in Nursing from Northern Virginia Community College, a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Arizona State University, and a Master’s degree in Nursing Leadership and Administration from Herzing University. Additionally, she is a Certified Legal Nurse Consultant through California State University, Long Beach. Currently at Kaiser Permanente, Cecile combines her clinical expertise with strong leadership skills, overseeing a team of 16 nurses and ancillary staff while ensuring the highest quality of patient care.

Throughout her career, Cecile has been deeply committed to patient advocacy, engaging with advocacy groups and leveraging her legal nurse consulting expertise to improve healthcare outcomes. She is passionate about identifying innovative strategies to enhance care quality and patient experience. Her background in critical and acute care nursing, combined with her administrative and leadership training, allows her to effectively mentor colleagues, optimize workflows, and champion initiatives that support both staff and patients.
