Casey Williams, MSN, RN, NE-BC

Casey Williams is the Associate Chief Nursing Officer at Methodist Stone Oak Hospital, providing executive leadership and strategic oversight for nursing practice, patient care, and clinical education for over 600 professional nursing personnel across a 300-bed acute care hospital, a 45-bed rehabilitation hospital, three ambulatory surgical centers, a freestanding emergency department, and five urgent care centers. In addition to her operational responsibilities, she serves as Executive Sponsor for The Hope Fund through HCA, demonstrating her commitment to philanthropic initiatives and community support.

Casey brings extensive leadership experience across diverse clinical areas, having directed perioperative services, a 39-bed inpatient telemetry unit, a 12-bed oncology unit, an inpatient dialysis unit, and an outpatient infusion center. She led the launch of the hospital’s first dedicated oncology unit and successfully restructured the dialysis unit by eliminating external contracts, generating $300,000 in savings within the first quarter. Her work emphasizes innovation, quality improvement, and operational efficiency to advance patient-centered care.

She holds a Master’s degree in Nursing Administration from Western Governors University and a Bachelor’s degree in Nursing from the University of Texas at Arlington. Casey is a board-certified Nurse Executive (NE-BC) through the ANCC and is recognized for her expertise in nursing leadership, oncology care, and clinical operations.
