Caroline Costello is a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor with a specialized focus on the treatment of anxiety, OCD, and related disorders. She works with individuals who often feel overwhelmed by the extent to which stress and anxiety interfere with their daily lives, as well as those who experience shame or guilt surrounding intrusive thoughts. Drawing from both professional training and personal experience with anxiety, Caroline provides a compassionate, empathetic, and supportive therapeutic environment that empowers clients to regain a sense of control and confidence. She finds deep fulfillment in helping individuals reconnect with their lives and is honored to partner with each client in their healing journey.
With nearly a decade of clinical experience, Caroline has worked across a wide range of settings, including private practice, inpatient, outpatient, and residential treatment programs. She has provided care for children, adolescents, and adults, allowing her to tailor treatment approaches to meet clients at every stage of life. Her clinical interests and areas of training include anxiety and OCD, women’s health, chronic illness, PTSD, school refusal, ADHD, and behavioral concerns, giving her a comprehensive and integrative perspective on mental health care.
