Carly A. Fraser, FNP
Carly A. Fraser, FNP is a dedicated Family Nurse Practitioner and primary care provider with over nine years of experience delivering family-centered healthcare. She specializes in preventive care, chronic disease management, hormone balancing, and acute care for patients of all ages. Carly provides comprehensive services including physical exams, diagnostic testing, treatment plan development, immunizations, and patient education, ensuring that each patient receives personalized, evidence-based care.
Carly served on active duty in the United States Air Force from 2008 to 2014, gaining extensive experience in flight nursing and critical care. During her service, she held assignments in San Antonio, Texas, Ramstein, Germany, deployed to Afghanistan, and completed her final posting at McGuire Air Force Base in New Jersey. Following active duty, she continued her service in the Air National Guard from 2014 to 2019, providing high-level medical care while supporting military readiness and operations.
In addition to her clinical practice, Carly has mentored and precepted Family Nurse Practitioner students from the University of Pennsylvania, sharing her expertise and helping train the next generation of healthcare professionals. She is actively involved in community health outreach programs, volunteering in initiatives that provide preventive care, health education, and support to underserved populations. Her dedication to teaching and service reflects her commitment to improving healthcare outcomes both in and outside of the clinical setting.
Carly earned her MSN in Family Nurse Practitioner from the University of Pennsylvania and is board-certified as an FNP.
