Candy Labenz is a dedicated Certified Medication Aide and CNA at Heritage at Meridian Gardens, where she has provided compassionate, hands-on care for nearly two decades. Since joining the community in 2006, Candy has built a reputation for reliability, empathy, and deep respect for the residents she serves. Her long-standing commitment reflects not only her clinical skill, but also her genuine passion for supporting seniors with dignity and kindness.

With a strong foundation in psychology from the University of Nebraska at Kearney, Candy brings a thoughtful, person-centered approach to caregiving. She understands that quality care extends beyond physical needs to include emotional connection, trust, and comfort. Her experience in medication assistance, resident support, and daily care allows her to create a calm, reassuring presence for both residents and their families, ensuring they feel heard, safe, and valued.
