Caitlin Reveal, PA-C

Caitlin Reveal, PA-C, is a nationally certified physician assistant specializing in urogynecology with Roper St. Francis Healthcare in Charleston, South Carolina. With a strong focus on women’s pelvic health, she provides compassionate, patient-centered care for conditions such as overactive bladder, urinary incontinence, and pelvic organ prolapse. Caitlin is dedicated to helping patients better understand their diagnoses and treatment options, empowering them to take an active role in their care while improving comfort, confidence, and overall quality of life.

Before becoming a physician assistant, Caitlin gained valuable clinical experience in a variety of healthcare roles, including patient care technician, inpatient rehabilitation technician, and medical scribe in a high-volume urology clinic. These early experiences helped shape her interest in urology and deepened her commitment to direct patient care. She earned her Master of Science in Physician Assistant Studies from the Medical University of South Carolina in 2023 after completing the program’s rigorous 27-month curriculum, and she graduated cum laude from Coastal Carolina University with a bachelor’s degree in exercise and sport science.

In her current role, Caitlin works closely with a multidisciplinary urogynecology team to provide both non-surgical and minimally invasive treatment options, including bladder Botox, sacral nerve modulation, and urethral bulking procedures. Beyond the clinic, she is actively involved in community outreach, educating senior living and 55-plus communities about pelvic health and treatment options. A member of the American Urogynecologic Society, the American Academy of Physician Assistants, and the South Carolina Academy of Physician Assistants, Caitlin remains committed to advancing awareness, education, and quality care in women’s health.

I am involved in going out to the community to talk about conditions like overactive bladder, urinary incontinence, and pelvic organ prolapse, and different ways that we can manage them. We're setting up meetings with senior living centers and 55-plus communities, which are the main ones we're targeting right now.
