Brittany Arrigo, RN, BSN

Brittany Arrigo, RN, BSN is an accomplished nurse and healthcare leader with over a decade of experience in clinical and hospice care. She currently serves as Director of Business Development at Enhabit Home Health & Hospice, overseeing the Glendale and Mesa branches. In this role, Brittany guides area managers, strengthens community partnerships, and ensures operational excellence, all while advocating for high-quality, compassionate care for patients and their families.

Brittany began her nursing journey with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Valparaiso University, laying the foundation for a career dedicated to patient-centered care. Early in her career, she gained extensive experience in renal and transplant units, developing strong clinical judgment and a deep understanding of complex patient needs. These formative experiences shaped her approach to holistic care and inspired her commitment to patient advocacy.

Her path led her to hospice care, where she discovered both professional purpose and personal fulfillment. During the pandemic, Brittany witnessed the critical importance of compassionate end-of-life care, which further strengthened her dedication to educating patients, families, and healthcare professionals. She has served as a hospice nurse educator, training staff in symptom management and chronic disease care, including congestive heart failure and chronic obstructive pulmonary disease.

Brittany’s dedication to education, leadership, and operational growth culminated in her promotion to Director of Business Development. Today, she combines clinical expertise with strategic planning to enhance hospice services, develop staff, and foster meaningful community relationships. Her career reflects a rare blend of clinical skill, heartfelt advocacy, and forward-thinking leadership, making her a respected voice in the field of hospice and palliative care.
