Brittani Hernandez MSN, APRN, FNP-C
Brittani Hernandez, MSN, APRN, FNP-C, is an Advanced Practice Registered Nurse with more than 16 years of healthcare experience across critical care, surgical services, urgent care, primary care, hospice, pediatric home health, and private practice. This diverse background has shaped her ability to confidently assess complex patient needs, recognize patterns others may miss, and develop thoughtful, individualized treatment plans rooted in evidence-based medicine.
Her clinical focus extends beyond traditional family practice into hormone optimization, metabolic health, regenerative medicine, weight management, and medical aesthetics. Brittani is passionate about helping patients not only manage disease, but restore function, improve energy, and enhance overall quality of life through a root-cause, whole-person approach to care.
Since 2014, she has also practiced in medical aesthetics, performing advanced cosmetic procedures and laser therapies. She views aesthetic medicine as an extension of healthcare — supporting confidence, wellness, and how patients feel in their own skin.
As a practice owner and clinical leader, Brittani brings both medical expertise and operational insight to patient care. She values collaboration, patient education, and meaningful relationships, ensuring every individual feels heard, respected, and empowered in their health journey.
Her philosophy is simple: medicine should not only treat illness, but help people feel their best, function at their highest level, and live well for the long term.

What do you enjoy most about practicing medicine?
I enjoy practicing medicine with intention and purpose, taking the time to build meaningful relationships with my patients. My approach centers on empowerment, hope, and encouraging patients to become active advocates for their own health.
I focus on helping people feel and live their best, rather than viewing them as a diagnosis or a number on a chart. Having once been a patient who felt discouraged, dismissed, and lost in a fragmented healthcare system, I understand how important it is to truly listen and provide thoughtful, individualized care.
That perspective shapes how I practice every day — ensuring patients feel heard, respected, informed, and supported as we work together toward lasting health and well-being.
