What do you enjoy most about practicing medicine?
What I enjoy most about practicing ophthalmology is how rewarding it is to restore or improve a patient’s vision through relatively quick yet highly impactful procedures. I value the balance between building relationships with patients in clinic and then being able to directly improve their quality of life through surgery. Being able to make such a significant difference in someone’s vision and daily life is deeply fulfilling to me.
