Brandi L. Darby, MSN, APRN, FNP-C is a board-certified Nurse Practitioner based in West Columbia, South Carolina, committed to delivering compassionate, patient-centered care. With nearly 20 years of nursing experience across emergency medicine, rehabilitation, intensive and critical care, medical-surgical, postsurgical, and behavioral health settings, Brandi brings extensive clinical knowledge to every patient interaction. She earned her Master of Science in Nursing as a Family Nurse Practitioner from Chamberlain University, her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from The University of Texas at Arlington, and began her nursing career with an associate degree from Orangeburg-Calhoun Technical College. She is certified in Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) and Basic Life Support (BLS) and maintains active professional memberships supporting continued excellence in practice.
Brandi currently practices with Lexington Neurology, where she specializes in the evaluation, monitoring, prevention, and treatment of cognitive and general neurological disorders. She is skilled in managing both acute and chronic neurological conditions, emphasizing comprehensive assessments and evidence-based treatment plans. Her approach prioritizes patient education and open communication, empowering individuals to actively participate in their care and long-term health management.
