Beth DeBord

Beth DeBord is an experienced and dedicated dental professional with over 15 years in the dental field, currently serving as the Director of Operations at Ellsworth Dental and Midtown Dental. She began her career as a dental assistant after completing her education in Dental Assisting at the College of Southern Nevada in Henderson, Nevada. Through hard work and commitment, she advanced from an assistant to a lead and later expanded her expertise across multiple specialties, including general dentistry, orthodontics, and oral and maxillofacial surgery. Her well-rounded background and strong leadership abilities have positioned her as a respected operations leader known for optimizing team performance and ensuring exceptional patient care.

From 2016 to 2024, Beth served as Office Manager at Coast Dental, where she led both dental and orthodontic operations, developed effective management systems, and built a collaborative work environment that enhanced productivity and patient satisfaction. In 2023, she joined Ellsworth Dental Care in Las Vegas, Nevada, as Office Manager, where her ability to balance operational excellence with compassionate leadership quickly earned her recognition. By 2025, she was promoted to Director of Operations at Ellsworth Dental, L.L.C., overseeing both Ellsworth Dental and Midtown Dental locations, managing staff development, and driving strategic growth across all practices.

Beth takes pride in being a strong and approachable leader who values teamwork and integrity. While she excels in management and operations, she remains deeply connected to her clinical roots—never hesitant to step in, assist patients, or even make a temporary when needed. Her blend of leadership, hands-on experience, and dedication to quality care makes her a vital force in the success of Ellsworth Dental and a trusted figure in the Las Vegas dental community.
