Audrey Stout is the founder of Perfectly Imperfect Living, a holistic wellness brand devoted to guiding individuals toward healing, hope, and resilience. With more than two decades of combined experience as a registered nurse, public health nurse, and holistic health practitioner, Audrey brings a unique, integrative approach to care—one that honors the deep connection between the nervous system, chronic pain, emotional well-being, and whole-person healing. Audrey’s journey in healthcare began in traditional nursing, where she built a strong clinical foundation through years of hands-on patient care, case management, and leadership roles. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of San Francisco and has served in a wide range of settings, including nurse investigations, case management, home health, care coordination, infusion therapy, wound care, and multidisciplinary team leadership. These experiences shaped her deep understanding of both the strengths and limitations of conventional healthcare. Over time, Audrey felt called to expand beyond symptom management into a more holistic, root-centered approach. This led her to integrate nervous system education, low-toxic living, emotional regulation tools, and lifestyle-based healing strategies into her work. Through Perfectly Imperfect Living™, she now supports clients dealing with chronic pain, stress-related illness, and nervous system dysregulation—helping them rebuild safety in their bodies and restore trust in their capacity to heal. In addition to her private practice and coaching work, Audrey currently serves as a Patient Advocate with Solace, where she supports individuals and families navigating complex healthcare systems. She is also a Certified Legal Nurse Consultant, providing expert medical insight and case analysis, and has spent nearly a decade as an Independent Wellness Advocate, educating communities about integrative and low-toxic approaches to health. At the heart of Audrey’s work is a belief that healing is not about perfection, but about creating environments—internally and externally—that signal safety, compassion, and possibility. Through education, advocacy, and holistic guidance, she empowers her clients to move out of survival mode and into a life shaped by clarity, connection, and sustainable well-being.
