Ashton L. Johnston is a licensed physical therapist with a passion for helping patients regain their independence and improve their overall quality of life. Her career in physical therapy began as a physical therapy technician, where she gained hands-on experience and discovered the profound impact that personalized care can have on patients’ mobility, function, and confidence. This early experience inspired her to pursue a Doctor of Physical Therapy and dedicate her career to serving others.
She currently works as a staff physical therapist at Reactive Physical Therapy in Lexington, Texas, focusing on geriatric care. Dr. Johnston provides services across diverse settings, including inpatient rehabilitation, assisted-living facilities, and rural outpatient clinics. Her primary goal is to help older adults restore function, mobility, and range of motion, allowing them to maintain active and independent lives.
