Ashley Wiltcher, DNP, AGNP-BC

Dr. Ashley Wiltcher is a Palliative Care Nurse Practitioner with extensive experience in hospice and palliative medicine. She earned her Doctor of Nursing Practice degree from the University of Alabama at Birmingham and a Master of Science in Nursing from the University of Cincinnati, with foundational nursing training from the University of Louisiana Monroe. Dr. Wiltcher applies her expertise to provide compassionate, patient-centered care that emphasizes dignity, comfort, and quality of life during some of life’s most delicate moments.

Throughout her career, Dr. Wiltcher has held a variety of clinical and educational roles, including Nurse Practitioner Preceptor at Illumia Health, Palliative Care Nurse Practitioner at Tillery Compassionate Care, and Program Leader at the University of Louisiana Monroe. She is skilled in hospice and palliative care, pain management, triage, and electronic health records, and holds multiple certifications, including CAPC Designations in Best Practices in Dementia Care and Pain Management. She also dedicates time to mentoring and training future healthcare providers, reflecting her commitment to education and leadership in nursing practice.

Outside of her professional work, Dr. Wiltcher is passionate about advancing the field of palliative care through advocacy and education.
