Ashley Loreal Lee-Vigneau is an accomplished AI and healthcare technology leader with over 17 years of experience spanning product engineering, cloud modernization, and data platform innovation. She specializes in integrating AI, DevOps, and healthcare data systems to deliver scalable, compliant, and patient-centered solutions. As a Product Engineer and Technical Product Manager, Ashley has led transformative initiatives across major organizations like UPMC, Anheuser-Busch InBev, and Instacart—driving efficiency, automation, and measurable impact in both healthcare and enterprise settings.
Currently pursuing her Doctor of Public Health (DrPH) in Global Health Leadership at Indiana University, Ashley bridges the worlds of technology and public health to advance equity, access, and systems-level change. Her work explores the intersection of AI, data science, and policy, developing solutions that enhance care delivery while addressing the root causes of health disparities. In addition to her professional achievements, she serves as a consultant on Azure AI in Healthcare, shaping education and standards for responsible, real-world AI implementation across clinical and research environments.
