Gila Gitlevich is a highly skilled Maternal-Fetal Medicine (MFM) Sonographer with extensive experience in obstetric and gynecologic imaging. She currently practices at Arrowhead Health Medical Centers and has dedicated over three decades to providing high-quality imaging in MFM, infertility, perinatal care, obstetrics, and gynecology. Gila combines technical expertise with compassionate patient care, ensuring that every scan is performed with precision and thoughtful attention to the unique needs of each patient.

Throughout her career, Gila has honed her skills in detailed anatomy surveys, growth ultrasounds, 3D and 4D imaging, nuchal translucency and nasal bone assessments, biophysical profiles with Doppler studies, cervical length evaluations, and both transabdominal and transvaginal gynecologic ultrasounds. Her commitment to staying academically and emotionally prepared allows her to provide accurate interpretations and meaningful explanations for patients and medical teams alike.

Gila finds her work most rewarding in the impact it has on patients’ lives and the relationships she builds along the way. She takes pride in being part of life-changing moments, such as witnessing the heartbeat of a child for the first time.
