Ashlee Seagraves, MSN, RN, CCRN, CPNE, CNE

Ashlee Seagraves, MSN, RN, CCRN, CPNE, CNE, is a dedicated transplant educator and clinical practice nurse expert at the Medical University of South Carolina, where she leads the onboarding and ongoing education of new nurse coordinators and transplant program specialists. With over a decade of experience in critical care, transplant coordination, and clinical education, Ashlee plays a pivotal role in enhancing workflow efficiency, maintaining regulatory compliance, and supporting multidisciplinary teams across heart, lung, kidney, pancreas, and liver programs for both adult and pediatric patients. She combines strong analytical skills with a passion for continuous improvement in patient care and team operations.

In addition to her clinical expertise, Ashlee serves as adjunct faculty at the MUSC College of Nursing and teaches remotely at Sumner College in Washington. She instructs nursing students in hands-on clinical skills, simulation labs, and accelerated BSN programs, emphasizing practical learning and professional growth. Her career path reflects a commitment to lifelong learning, mentorship, and the development of strong clinical teams capable of delivering high-quality patient care.

Ashlee earned her BSN and MSN in Nursing Education from Western Governors University and holds an ADN from Trident Technical College. She is a Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt and a MUSC Emerging Leaders course completer, with plans to pursue a DNP to further expand her academic and leadership opportunities. An active member of AACN, NLN, and ABTC, Ashlee is recognized for her ability to bridge clinical practice, education, and process improvement in the transplant field, making a meaningful impact on patients, families, and the next generation of nursing professionals.
