Annie Thi
Annie is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker Associate (LCSWA) based in Winterville, North Carolina, currently serving as a home-based visiting clinician with Easter Seals Port Health. In this role, she works directly with children and their caregivers in home settings, providing trauma-informed, child-first interventions as part of a nationally recognized evidence-based program. Her work emphasizes personalized support that addresses both the child’s and family’s needs.
Annie’s professional focus is on trauma-informed care, child-first practices, and empowering caregivers within their home environments. She is dedicated to implementing evidence-based interventions that support children’s emotional, behavioral, and developmental well-being while strengthening family systems. Her approach combines clinical expertise with compassion, ensuring that care is both effective and meaningful.
Before entering clinical social work, Annie began her career in education as a substitute teacher, where she observed how behavioral challenges often stemmed from environmental and familial factors. Inspired to make a more direct impact, she transitioned to in-home clinical practice. Annie earned her master’s degree in social work from the University of Wilmington, North Carolina, in 2024, and she encourages the next generation of social workers to seek mentorship and continue their education to expand their opportunities and professional growth.
