Anastasia Fischer, M.S, RDN, LDN, RYT

Anastasia Fischer is a dedicated Clinical Nutrition professional based in Palm Springs, California, who attained her Master’s degree in Nutrition and Dietetics at Loma Linda University’s School of Allied Health Professions (August 2020 – June 2024). She combines her academic expertise with hands-on experience across healthcare, media, and community nutrition initiatives, demonstrating a strong commitment to improving health outcomes and promoting evidence-based nutrition practices. Anastasia has cultivated diverse professional experience in both healthcare and media. She has served as a Certified Journalist for RCAAA in Mexico City, staying current on nutrition developments and providing evidence-based responses to audience inquiries. In the U.S., she has contributed to local communities through roles such as Youth Coordinator Supervisor at El Sol Neighborhood Educational Center, Media Nutritionist at MT Radio, and Yoga Instructor/Receptionist at Coachella Yoga Therapy and Wellness Studio. Her work emphasizes mentorship, community engagement, and the delivery of accessible nutrition education. In addition, Anastasia has gained substantial clinical experience through student dietitian internships at Davita Redlands, Loma Linda University Medical Center, and various public health and school-based programs. Anastasia currently finds herself in Southern Florida as a consultant dietitian in geriatrics and behavioral health.
