Dr. Amy Schmidt, PharmD

Dr. Amy Schmidt, PharmD, is a dedicated pharmacist with extensive experience across community, retail, and compounding pharmacy. She is currently a pharmacist at a compounding pharmacy, where she focuses heavily on bioidentical hormone replacement therapy (BHRT). In this role, she provides clinical support to both patients and providers, assists with interpreting laboratory results, offers evidence-based recommendations, and serves as a trusted resource for pharmacy technicians.

A graduate of Wilkes University, Dr. Schmidt has built a strong clinical foundation encompassing patient consultation, immunizations, and comprehensive retail practice. She has also served as a preceptor for pharmacy students from Regis University and the University of Colorado Denver, helping future pharmacists transition from academic learning to hands-on patient care.

With almost a decade of compounding experience, she skillfully blends precision dosing with individualized, compassionate care. She is passionate about mentorship and believes every patient interaction is an opportunity to provide clarity, education, and reassurance. Outside of her professional work, Dr. Schmidt enjoys spending time with her family, exploring the outdoors, and cheering on her favorite soccer player.
