Amanda Bail, LLMSW

Amanda Bail, LLMSW, is a clinical social worker dedicated to supporting children and families through compassionate, evidence-based mental health care. Currently serving as an outpatient therapist at Easterseals, a nonprofit organization with multiple locations across Michigan, she works primarily with children aged 17 and under, with a focused specialization on those 13 and younger. Her clinical work centers on helping children navigate anxiety, depression, and attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD), utilizing evidence-based modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and motivational interviewing in both in-person and virtual settings. Her approach emphasizes collaboration with families to ensure care is holistic, supportive, and developmentally appropriate. Bail’s professional foundation is grounded in diverse hands-on experience across behavioral health, child advocacy, and trauma-informed care. She has held roles including Behavioral Health Specialist at Michigan Christian Youth Camp, where she provided crisis support and trained staff in trauma-informed practices, and Victim Advocate Intern at CARE House of Oakland County, supporting children affected by physical and sexual abuse. Her background also includes foster care work, direct care services, and aftercare coordination, equipping her with a broad understanding of the systems impacting children and families. She earned her associate degree from Macomb Community College, her bachelor’s degree from Rochester Christian University, and her Master of Social Work from Wayne State University. In addition to her clinical training, Bail spent nearly a year in Durban, South Africa, participating in volunteer and personal development work through Youth With A Mission (YWAM), where she served individuals across cultures and age groups.
