Amanda Bail, LLMSW
Amanda Bail, LLMSW, is a dedicated clinical social worker with a passion for supporting children and families through compassionate, evidence-based mental health care. Based in Warren, Michigan, she works primarily with children aged 17 and under, with a particular focus on those 13 and younger. Her clinical practice emphasizes helping children navigate anxiety, depression, and attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD) using evidence-based approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and motivational interviewing in both in-person and virtual settings.
Bail’s approach is highly collaborative, working closely with families to ensure care is holistic, supportive, and developmentally appropriate. Her professional experience spans behavioral health, child advocacy, and trauma-informed care. She has served as a Behavioral Health Specialist at Michigan Christian Youth Camp, providing crisis support and staff training in trauma-informed practices, and as a Victim Advocate Intern at CARE House of Oakland County, supporting children affected by physical and sexual abuse. Her work in foster care, direct care services, and aftercare coordination has provided her with a deep understanding of the systems that impact children and families.
Amanda holds an associate degree from Macomb Community College, a bachelor’s degree from Rochester Christian University, and a Master of Social Work from Wayne State University. In addition to her clinical training, she spent nearly a year in Durban, South Africa, volunteering and developing cross-cultural skills through Youth With A Mission (YWAM), serving individuals across age groups and cultural backgrounds. Her faith serves as a guiding force in her work, providing resilience, empathy, and purpose in a demanding field.
Looking ahead, Bail is focused on achieving full clinical licensure and exploring opportunities that expand her impact, including potential international work. She remains committed to continued professional growth, service, and making a meaningful difference in the lives of children and families through thoughtful, compassionate care.
