Alysha Crouse, LCSW
Alysha Crouse is a dedicated Substance Abuse Counselor at Community Health Resources, where she has been supporting clients in their recovery journeys since 2022. She specializes in providing individualized care for those struggling with substance use, helping them build stability and resilience while navigating the challenges of recovery. In addition to counseling, Alysha has experience as an Employment Specialist, guiding clients toward meaningful career opportunities and supporting their professional growth.
Alysha earned her Master’s degree in Social Work from the University of New England and holds a Bachelor’s degree from the University of Southern Indiana. Her academic background, combined with hands-on experience in case management and substance abuse counseling, allows her to deliver compassionate, evidence-based care that addresses both the emotional and practical needs of her clients. She has also worked as a Case Manager at United Services, Inc., strengthening her skills in client advocacy, individualized planning, and holistic support.
Passionate about helping people recover and regain control over their lives, Alysha strives to create a safe and welcoming environment for every client. She emphasizes building trust, promoting confidence, and empowering individuals to make positive changes. Outside of work, Alysha enjoys activities that foster personal growth and community connection, reflecting her commitment to holistic well-being and lifelong learning.
