A proud Bay Area native, Dr. Holmes-Knight earned her Ph.D. in Clinical Psychology from the Pacific Graduate School of Psychology in Palo Alto, California. Throughout her career, she has led and scaled clinical programs across nonprofit, community mental health, and digital health environments, including leadership roles at Daybreak Health, TBH, and Westcoast Children’s Clinic. In private practice, she specializes in serving women of color, promoting emotional wellness, empowerment, and generational healing.
A passionate advocate and mother of four boys, Dr. Holmes-Knight brings both professional expertise and lived experience to her mission of improving the mental health and wellbeing of youth and families. She is deeply committed to developing diverse behavioral health workforces, strengthening access to preventative care, and creating inclusive systems where every child feels seen, supported, and safe.
Outside her clinical and leadership roles, she is an enthusiastic Golden State Warriors fan and finds joy in giving back to the community that shaped her.
