Allison Bogs, M.S., CF-SLP
Allison Bogs, M.S., CF-SLP, is a dedicated pediatric speech-language pathologist in her Clinical Fellowship year, dividing her time between a thriving private practice and the essential field of early intervention. In her current role, she provides individualized, hour-long therapy sessions to young clients in the clinic while spending two days each week delivering services in the home—an environment where early developmental support can be especially effective. Her approach is rooted in evidence-based practice, compassion, and the belief that meaningful progress begins with strong relationships between clinicians, children, and their families.
Allison’s clinical foundation is built on a strong academic background that began at Saint Mary’s College in South Bend and continued at Midwestern University in Downers Grove, where she earned her Master of Science in Speech-Language Pathology. Throughout her studies, she remained engaged in professional development through active involvement in NSSLHA and continued membership in ASHA. Her growing qualifications include Basic Life Support certification and Early Intervention certification, reflecting her commitment to delivering the highest standard of care. She credits her academic mentors, peers, and supportive family for helping shape her professional path, which first began with an interest in healthcare and ultimately led her to the communication sciences.
Looking ahead, Allison envisions a future filled with both clinical growth and entrepreneurial ambition. While she currently practices in Forest Park, she aspires to establish her own pediatric speech and language clinic in Clarendon Hills—one that integrates evidence-based treatment with a warm, family-centered environment. With her passion for child development, strong clinical skills, and dedication to lifelong learning, Allison is emerging as a promising professional poised to make a lasting impact in the field of pediatric speech-language pathology.
