Alexandra St. Onge, DO, MS

Dr. Alexandra P. St. Onge, DO is a dedicated pediatrician based in Southgate, Michigan, serving children and adolescents from birth through age 21. She is committed to providing comprehensive, compassionate care that addresses the physical, emotional, and developmental needs of her patients. Dr. St. Onge is fluent in English and maintains active licensure to practice pediatrics in the state of Michigan.

Dr. St. Onge earned her undergraduate degree from the University of Michigan at Ann Arbor and earned her Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) degree from Kansas City University. She completed her pediatric residency at Akron Children’s Hospital in Akron, Ohio, where she gained extensive experience in diagnosing, treating, and managing a wide range of pediatric health conditions. Her training has equipped her to provide patient-centered care that supports both children and their families.

Her passion for pediatrics is deeply personal—Dr. St. Onge attended the Child and Adolescent Center as a child following a spinal fusion for scoliosis.
