Ailin Guada Martinez, APRN, RN

Dr. Ailin Guada Martinez, APRN, RN, at R&C Psychiatry and Integrative Medicine, is a dedicated psychiatric nurse practitioner with a profound commitment to mental health and patient-centered care. Born and raised in Cuba, she earned her Doctor of Medicine (MD) from the Latin American School of Medicine and completed her training in ENT and Family Medicine at Havana Medical School. She practiced as a physician in Cuba from 2001 to 2013 before immigrating to the United States, where she pursued advanced nursing education, earning an Associate's degree, a Master's in Family Health Nursing, and an Advanced Certificate in Psychiatric and Mental Health Nursing, culminating in her Family Nurse Practitioner degree in 2019.

Since transitioning to the U.S. healthcare system, Dr. Martinez has built a distinguished career in mental health, gaining experience at Citrus Health Network, New Horizons CMH, and Quiet Minds, where she collaborated with esteemed psychiatrists such as Dr. Joseph Poitier. She provides comprehensive psychiatric evaluations, medication management, and ongoing care, blending evidence-based practices with a holistic approach that emphasizes each patient’s unique needs and goals.
